Versatility
In addition to making juice, the Super Angel supports:

How to Make Soy Milk (Soy Bean Juicing)
- Wash soybeans.
- Boil soybeans (soybean to water ratio: 1:4) for about 5 to 6 minutes.
- Place the juice cup under the juice outlet and place the pulp collector under the pulp outlet.
- Turn power switch on.
- Put the boiled soybeans into the feeding chute a little at a time with a small amount of the above boiled water.
- Turn power switch off.
- Clean machine parts.
How to Make Nut Butters by using Nut Butter Screen
- Soak nuts in water for 6 to 12 hours. Peanuts do not need to be soaked.
- Drain.
- Place the juice cup under the juice outlet and place the pulp collector under the pulp outlet.
- Turn power switch on.
- Feed nuts into the feeding chute a little at a time. If needed, feed nuts with a small amount of water.
- If you do not get the right consistency the first time, repeat.
- Turn power switch off.
- Clean machine parts right after use, before the nut butter dries and gets sticky.
Another way to make nut butters by using Nut Butter Screen
- Place the juice cup under the juice outlet and place the pulp collector under the pulp outlet.
- You can use any type of container other than the pulp collector if it fits right under the pulp outlet to catch the butter.
- Please check the hardness of nuts before putting into the feeding chute. If the nuts are too hard, the twin gears can possibly be damaged.
- Pour in about a ½ cup of nuts and turn on the juicer.
- Add in 1 to 2 tbsp of a neutral flavored oil on top to help it get creamy. Add the oil until it is at your desired consistency.
- Pour in the other half of the nuts and push them through the grinder. If you push it through too fast, it will come out chunkier. If you push it through slowly, it will be creamier.
- Add in salt to taste if you like or, chocolate chips, coconut flakes, dried fruits…..
How to Make Tofu
- Wash 400 grams of soybeans and soak in 3.6 liters of water for five to ten hours until they soften.
- Grind the soaked soybeans by alternating putting soaked soybeans and water (soybean to water ratio: 6:1) into the feeding chute. You will get bean curd.
- Grind the bean curd repeatedly until it turns to soymilk.
- Pour the soymilk into a pot and boil. Reduce the flame to low when it overflows. Stop boiling after you’ve reduced the flame three times.
- After five minutes of cooling, mix the boiled soymilk with brine and wait until it turns to jelly.
- When the soymilk and brine turn to jelly, the tofu is ready to eat. Some water with the tofu is normal.
- If you would like to shape the tofu, use a mold and linen towel.
How to grind beans or grains
- Soak beans or grains in water for six hours or more.
- Drain the beans or grains.
- Place the juice cup under the juice outlet and place the pulp collector under the pulp outlet.
- Turn the power switch on.
- Put the beans or grains into the feeding chute a little at a time, and if needed, feed beans or grains with a small amount of water.
- Turn power switch off.
- Clean the machine parts.
